"Therefore you are inexcusable, O man, whoever you are who judge, for in whatever you judge another you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things. " Romans 2 : 1
Heavenly Father,
You are holy and just, full of wisdom and compassion.
Today I come before You in humility,
Acknowledging how often I have judged others harshly
While failing to see my own faults.
Your Word reminds me,
“Therefore you are inexcusable, O man, whoever you are who judge,
For in whatever you judge another you condemn yourself;
For you who judge practice the same things.”
Lord, forgive me.
Search my heart, O God,
And remove any pride, hypocrisy, or self-righteousness within me.
Help me to see others through the eyes of grace—
The same grace that I so desperately need.
Teach me to extend mercy rather than judgment,
To correct with love and humility when needed,
And to reflect the character of Christ in all I do.
Let me not forget that I too am a sinner saved by grace.
Let my words be seasoned with compassion,
And my actions rooted in truth and love.
In Jesus’ name I pray,
